Welcome to Golden, BC and Canadian Rockies Heli-Paragliding, the newest and most exciting way to experience the Canadian Rocky Mountains and the skies above them!

Our base of operations is the mountain town of Golden, British Columbia, Canada.

Golden is approximately 3.5 hours drive by car west of the Calgary International Airport by way of Highway 1 - The Trans-Canada Highway. The drive is visually stunning as you approach the Rocky Mountains 40 minutes west of Calgary and pass through Banff and Yoho National Parks including Lake Louise and Field BC. On the way, you cross the continental divide just west of Lake Louise. This is a drive to remember!

Vancouver, BC on the west coast is approximately 5-6 hours by car from Golden along the Trans-Canada Highway. The route passes through the Fraser Canyon, the scenic Shuswap Lake area and traverses historic Rogers Pass with its incredible mountain walls and glaciers.

Golden has a modest airport that can be used by private airplanes and smaller commuter airplanes and helicopters.

Getting Ready to Go...

Directions to the Muster Point - Skyview Ranch:
We meet at the Skyview Ranch landing field, here are the directions:

Go south of Golden on highway 95. Travel 5.2 kms from the RONA Hardware to see a cluster of Blue and White signs.
Take the next right off hwy 95 after the signs.
Travel another kilometer through the little community of Nicholson. You will see a gas station on your left. Immediately after that turn right onto a street that crosses the railway tracks.
Continue over the railway crossing and cross the bridge over the Columbia River. After the bridge you will quickly come to a Y in the road. Take the left branch of the Y. Proceed approximately 200 meters.
The Skyview Ranch entrance will be on the left side of the road marked 841 Canyon Creek Road.
